Janico Building Services' Quality Assurance Plan is based on our commitment to our customers. Our customers have hired us to manage the cleaning operation in their facility. Our program is designed to deliver a more consistent quality of service, resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

The key to our success is having the right systems in place to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency. We provide ongoing training for our employees and back our programs with technical and management support.

We take the traditional approach to quality control which emphasizes frequent independent inspections to monitor the level of cleaning and identify problem areas. Frequent inspections combined with low employee turnover and good communication tools are the basis for our quality assurance procedures.

 

Quality control is accomplished in four stages:

  • Training
  • Work Scheduling         
  • Supervision
  • Quality Inspections

Customers can log complaints or submit service requests by visiting our online HelpDesk. We are committed to resolving cleaning complaints within 24 hours.
